Termini station

Rome’s main railway station and public transport interchange.

The sides of Termini station, designed by Angiolo Mazzoni 1937–1943. His wholesale rebuilding of Termini was never fully realised, due to the fall of the fascist government, and the modern building is a combination of fascist and post-World War II designs.
